SUZIE JASPER

Beaconsfield-based Suzie has been designing and making jewellery and ceramic sculptures on a full-time basis since 2011. She is assisted by Rafa, her beloved Tibetan Terrier and Head of Customer Relations.

Suzie’s love and understanding of dogs is portrayed in her characterful and expressive ceramic dog sculptures. The large dog sculptures are done on a commission basis. She also creates an amusing range of smaller ‘Yoga Dogs’, which always bring on a smile!

Her elegant ceramic leaf dishes are a reflection of her love of the great outdoors and the natural world. Each leaf dish is made from an individual leaf found in her garden or on walks with Rafa. The leaf dishes are finished by using a unique combination of oxides, stains and glazes applied in a variety of ways, giving each one its own individual character.

Her contemporary jewellery collections feature carefully sourced exquisite semi-precious stones, freshwater pearls and handcrafted pure silver pendants. She enjoys learning new jewellery techniques so that she can keep up her jewellery’s reputation for subtle elegance in wearable, contemporary designs.
